1.选择品类

产品定位是起点,发展至今,想要做好微商,需要有极强的产品力,才能迅速抢占市场。所以选对品类很重要。可根据以下几点:


受众群体是否足够广


如果我们卖的产品是比较小众的,大部分的人都用不着或者不需要你的产品,那市场太狭窄了。


代理有10个人脉,只有1个人脉有潜在需求,你还需要把这个潜在客户发展成用户,难度加大,所以选择大众的刚需品类,尤为关键。

微商的商业模式,多个层级的代理间需要保留很大的差价作为利润,如果我们的产品跟市面上的大流通产品无任何区别,缺少议价能力的产品无法在微商渠道里生存。


打个比方,在微商里暂时还没有见到卖普通饮料、纯净矿泉水的,因为价格太透明并且产品没有任何的议价空间,代理间的差价不知从何而来,价格过高了,客户也不卖账。


-是否具有差异化
