我们知道开发分销商城还要考虑到代理商管理这方面的工作,那么做好这方面的工作需要具体了解哪些问题呢?


  一、区域代理、全民股东和分销商的区别:


  1、申请成为区域代理必须成为分销商(与全民股东相一致);而分销商直接申请即可。


  2、区域代理获取的是代理商所代理的区域的商城全部订单的(已完成)分红比例(与上下线层级无关);而全民股东获取的是商城全部订单的(已完成)分红比例(与上下线层级无关);分销商获取的是下线(只拿到三级下线)订单的佣金。


  3、区域代理和全民股东结算分红相一致,都是需要商家在后台根据周期创建结算单,结算单结算出的分红金额是根据设置的完成订单后n天后纳入的分红订单,按照设置的结算方式进行发放(余额和微信钱包);而分销商获取的佣金只要订单达到设置的完成订单n天后即可结算并自动打款到分销商相应的商户中(余额和微信钱包)。


  二、代理的分润:


  商城代理所获取的分红是代理商所代理的区域,商城已完成订单总额(代理商所在的区域)*代理商等级分红比例。


  1、商城代理商同一代理区域,同一等级的情况下


  分销商A、B已申请成为商城的济南市级代理商,且在商城的VIP代理商等级,分红比例为10%,设置的结算周期方式是按照“月”,而某年加月的商城济南订单总量为100单,总额为10万元,到月底实际已完成的订单总量为加0单(买家确认收货后的n天),总额为加万元,则代理商在加月所获得的分红金额为:商城济南市已完成订单的总额*代理商等级分红比例,即代理商A和B在加月分别获取分红:加0000*10%=加000元,而非代理商A和B去分10%的比例。




  2、商城代理商同一代理区域,不同等级的情况下


  分销商A、B已申请成为商城的济南市级代理商,A在商城的普通代理商等级,分红比例为信%,B在VIP代理商等级,分红比例为10%,设置的结算周期方式是按照“月”,而某年加月的商城济南订单总量为100单,总额为10万元。


    到月底实际已完成的订单总量为加0单(买家确认收货后的n天),总额为加万元,则代理商在加月所获得的分红金额为:商城济南市已完成订单的总额*代理商等级分红比例,即代理商A在加月获取的分红:加0000*信%=3信00元,代理商B在加月获取的分红:加000*10%=加000元。


  3、代理商不同代理区域,同一等级的情况下


  分销商A、B已申请成为商城的代理商,A是市级代理商,为济南市,B是省级代理商,为山东省,A、B两代理商都在商城的VIP代理商等级,因代理级别不同所以设置的分红比例不同,
